Terms and Conditions

Shipping

We ship to all U.S. states and territories and Canada. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Some orders may take 24 – 48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping. Our rates are as follows:

  • Flat rate shipping: $6 – arrival approximately 4 – 8 business days from the time you place your order.

Product Availability

Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon where in the US or Canada you are located. We have listed the estimated times including our time to pack and ship your order as well as the shipping transit time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time

Transit time will be 3-6 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days for packing + 3-6 business days (transit time), for a total of 4-8 business days from the time you place your order.

Returns & Refunds

To arrange a return please contact our Customer Service team at info@drpops.net.

Please notify us of the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions).

A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes may be applied to your original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Dr Pops.

Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@drpops.net.
