Guava extract is full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, and antibacterials.

Guava helps strengthen your immune system and fight off unwanted colds. It is termed as a ‘superfruit’ because of the presence of multiple health benefit nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, folic acid, potassium, and other phytochemicals. Guavas actually have more vitamin C than oranges and more potassium than bananas.
